The agreement will help organisations to realise the full benefits of virtualisation with integrated solutions that incorporate server, storage, and I/O virtualisation technologies.

Virtual I/O (input/output) plays an important role in realising the full benefits of virtualisation by eliminating the bottlenecks and management limitations associated with traditional server I/O. Without effective server I/O, service levels can be reduced, resulting in under-utilisation of assets. The partnership with Xsigo expands DNS Arrow’s end-to-end range of value-added virtualisation offerings, including tape, disk, storage, SAN and desktop solutions. As part of the announcement, DNS Arrow will be launching the product in a certified programme into the enterprise marketplace.
