Director, Product Management (Server Management)

Own and evangelize compelling product vision and strategy for Xsigo server I/O and application management model
Have a crisp understanding what customers will pay for and enable the product management team to translate those needs into a clear, compelling set of product definitions and product roadmap.
Understand the overall market landscape and dynamics and anticipate competitive threats
Develop outstanding relationships with the sales and corporate marketing teams to evangelize the product vision, its competitive differentiators, and the tangible benefits customers realize when they use the product
Pitch influencers and decision makers at all levels of Fortune 100 companies, from system administrators to CIOs
Qualifications:

Proven ability to systematically plan, deliver, and communicate winning products with a world class team of product managers and product marketing managers
8+ years of enterprise software industry experience in a product management role with at least 3+ years of proven leadership of product management teams.
Deep understanding of the IT operations. The ideal candidate will have managed IT teams responsible for a major aspect of data center operations (e.g., server or network management, monitoring, etc.).
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent, MBA desired
